The Elysium Retreat Package

The Elysium Retreat Package offers a self-guided, immersive retreat experience designed to help you pause, reflect, and plan for personal growth and life improvement.

Our ‘DIY retreat’ doesn’t require an in-person facilitator; instead, you’ll use the Elysium Retreat Workbook as your primary guide, leading you through structured exercises focused on self-reflection, goal-setting, and intentional planning. Along with the workbook, the Elysium Retreat Package includes additional resources to enhance your experience. Once your package arrives, all you need is a quiet, secluded space for a two-day retreat and you’ll be ready to begin your journey.

While completing your Elysium Retreat we highly encourage you to leave all phones, technology, and social media outside of this experience. Also, this retreat was created with the intent of being a solo retreat. If you’re tempted to bring a partner or friend, think of all the times you’ve had a weekend or experience like that before. This is a time to be completely selfish and focus on YOU!

Our Post Elysium Retreat video helps you fully wrap up your retreat experience and create a system to guarantee you’ll get the very most out of the work you did during your retreat and throughout the next year.

For those of you who would prefer to have a more personalized and in-depth experience, we suggest you purchase the Elysium Retreat Package with a Post Retreat Coaching Session. This package includes a one-on-one review session with our ICC certified coach, Andrew. This 45-minute post-retreat coaching session will help you summarize your intentions after your retreat and help you build systems and accountability to bring your realizations and goals to life. Ask any questions or clarify any thoughts you might have with Andrew. Together you’ll establish a system that will help you revisit and focus on all the goals and intentions that you created during your retreat.
